Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Food Safety Trainer with extensive experience in ISO standards (14001:2015, 45001:2018, 9001:2015, 22000 FSSC V6) and strong auditing skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on food safety practices, ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards, and conducting audits to evaluate adherence to these standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training Development and Delivery:
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on food safety principles and applicable ISO standards.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, including professionals in the food industry.
ISO Standards Implementation:
• Provide expert guidance on the effective implementation of ISO standards.
• Assist organizations in achieving and maintaining ISO certification.
Auditing:
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with food safety regulations and ISO standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with the latest food safety regulations and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in food safety practices.
Qualifications
• Attested academic qualifications.
• Certificate of Completion from a 5-day advanced EFST program (minimum level 4) from ADAFSA.
• Certification in the Training of Trainers (TOT) program or an equivalent certification.
• Certification in Highfield Level 3 Award in Food Safety for Catering (RQF)
• Certification in Highfield Level 4 International Award in Managing Food Safety for Catering
• Certification in Highfield Level 3 Award in HACCP for Catering (RFQ)
• Certification in Highfield Level 4 International Award in HACCP Management for Catering
• IRCA APPROVED Instructor/Lead Auditor (ISO Standards)
Experience
• Proven experience in auditing ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 V6.
• Documented experience in training delivery (please specify total hours).
• Demonstrated experience in auditing and reporting.
• Certification in food safety and ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor certification).
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Flexibility for both on-site and off-site work.
• Strong time management and research skills.
• Experience in creating technical and financial proposals.
