Key Responsibilities:1. Training Delivery
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on HR management topics, including:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• UAE Labor Laws and Compliance
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Compensation and Benefits Management
• Performance Management
• Learning and Development Strategies
• HR Analytics and Technology
• Use diverse training methodologies, including case studies, role-playing, group discussions, and practical exercises, to enhance participant learning.
2. Course Development
• Design and update training materials and modules to align with UAE labor laws, global HR standards, and emerging industry trends.
• Customize training content based on the audience, such as corporate clients, aspiring HR professionals, or experienced managers.
3. Industry Knowledge
• Stay updated with changes in UAE labor laws and regulations, including Emiratization policies.
• Incorporate best practices in HR strategy, diversity and inclusion, and technology-driven HR management.
4. Assessment and Support
• Develop assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to measure participants' learning outcomes.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants apply HR concepts in real-world scenarios.
5. Collaboration and Networking
• Partner with businesses and institutions to offer corporate training programs.
• Engage with industry experts and HR professionals to enhance the course content and delivery.
6. Administrative Duties
• Prepare and manage training schedules, materials, and participant records.
• Maintain training reports and feedback to improve program quality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 5/7, or HRCI).
• At least 1 years of experience in HR management or training.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Skills Required:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in HR technology and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• Ability to engage and motivate participants.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address real-world HR scenarios.
• Cultural awareness to train diverse groups.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
