: As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring they deliver the highest standards of customer service and product expertise. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our brand values and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs for various roles within company, including sales associates, store managers, and customer service representatives. Create training materials, manuals, and modules that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, e-learning, and on-the-job training. Facilitate orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the performance of trainees. Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees to support their continuous improvement and professional development. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with store managers and HR teams to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly. Coordinate with external trainers and training providers when necessary to ensure a diverse and comprehensive training offering. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, especially within the retail and jewellery sectors. Gather feedback from trainees and other stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress. Prepare regular reports for management on the effectiveness and impact of training programs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD, CIPD) is a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably within the retail or jewellery industry. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is essential. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in using training software and e-learning platforms. Ability to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly. Creative and innovative approach to training design and delivery.
