We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable Accounts & Finance Instructors to join our team on an on-call basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in project management and the ability to deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions to our students.
Key Responsibilities :
• Deliver Accounts/ Finance training courses such as VAT filing, Auditing, Corporate Tax, ACCA etc.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure they align with standards and best practices.
• Assess and support student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current accounting & finance rules practices and industry trends.
Educational Background
• Bachelor's Degree : A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Degree : A Master's degree (MBA or M.S. in Finance) can enhance qualifications.
• Professional Certifications : Certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) are highly beneficial.
Experience
• Relevant Work Experience : Several years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in various positions to understand different aspects of the field.
• Training Experience : Previous experience in teaching or training, either in a formal setting (e.g., schools, universities) or in corporate training environments.
Skills
• Communication Skills : Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to different audiences.
• Presentation Skills : Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and presentations.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with accounting software (like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and financial modeling tools.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to help trainees understand practical applications.

• Passion for Teaching : A genuine interest in educating and mentoring others.
• Adaptability : Ability to tailor training methods to suit diverse learning styles.
