What you'll be doing

We're seeking a motivated intern to join our investments team for 3 months to help organize and streamline our deal information management process. This role will focus on consolidating historical deal data optimizing our new CRM platform implementation and optimizing deal screening and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and organize all deal information from previous years, including transaction details, key metrics, and documentation Gather and systematize contact information from funds and banking partners Upload historical data into our new CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail Research and recommend tech solutions to streamline the data upload process Develop documentation for future data management processes Develop systems to streamline deal screening and monitoring

What you'll need to succeed

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of financial transactions and deal structures

Proficiency with Excel and data management tools

Ability to work methodically with large datasets Interest in financial technology and system optimization Self-starter with ability to work independently and problem-solve
