Position Overview: The Trainee Affairs Manager/Executive will engage closely with Training Department and Sales & Marketing Department, working on various project's trainings and execution of day-to-day process. Key Responsibilities Include: Close contact with the trainees who came to take training to respond their queries. Custodian of the training awards and their delivery to the client. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives. Assisting in planning, Execution and evaluating training programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives. Analyzing program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement. Engaging in mentorship opportunities to cultivate leadership skills. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with training software. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Competencies: Minimum 1 year experience in training industry.
