Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities
Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly

Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Should have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Traffic Manager or Operations Manager with a multinational advertising agency.
Must have a strong focus on attention to detail and consistency, with the ability to work autonomously.
Strong communication skills are essential for managing key stakeholders and demonstrating a proactive attitude.
Project management experience and understanding of advertising and the creative process are necessary.
Flexibility, an eye for detail, and common sense are crucial for handling changing workloads.
Integrity, discretion, and willingness to support colleagues are highly valued.
Basic understanding of creative traffic processes and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are required.
The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, reliable, able to work well under deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
