On behalf of a digital assets focused institutional trading firm we are seeking an experienced operations manager (settlements, reconcilliations, on-boarding etc.) who is able to set up, manage and grow the back and middle office teams. Role:
• Manage the operations function for a digital assets trading platform
• Oversee trade bookings, asset servicing, record maintenance, reporting, reconciliation, margining, and settlements.
• Manage operational risk and ensure compliance with market regulations.
• Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements and client requests/reporting.
• Manage the operational aspects of a DMA platform to support clients.
• Manage clients throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements:
• 8+ years' experience in financial markets trading operations and settlements.
• 2+ years' experience with digital assets / cryptocurrencies.
• Hands on experience with client onboarding
• Good understanding of settlements of digital assets.
• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
Candidates must already be based in the UAE and immediate availability will be a bonus.
