Ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of day-to-day tasks, business requirements in accordance with the regulatory and performance standards of the organization. Job Accountabilities: Bank's product Suite (LCs, LGs, SWIFT, Treasury Products) process including verification of supporting documentations. Validation and processing of all Treasury, Trade and SWIFT products terms including monitoring debtor concentration, aggregate exposure caps, etc. and authorizing transactions. Tracking receipts to ensure settlement of related financing. Reviewing the transactions in liaison with the Bank's policies and procedures. Input monitoring of progress and approval terms; Verification of documentation in support of loans and managing the related limits, including contract specific. Monitoring of Receivables and other cash flows that have been assigned to the Bank for debt service. Coordinate with officers for Trade, Treasury, SWIFT, BUNA related activities like renewal/ disputes including projects/ contracts until completion. Preparation of reports related to the process. Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ Banking/ Economics/ Finance. Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience in UAE banking sector, specifically in Credit Administration/ Credit Operations/ Relationship Management or other similar roles. Job Specific Skills: Expertise in understanding and interpreting regulatory & Retail & Corporate credit approvals / requirements. Preferred Certification/ Training: Working knowledge in banking applications. Generic Skills Requirements: Excellent skills in MS Office. Seniority Level
