Job Description

LPO Process & Tracking, Listing Samples,

• Agency & Vendor Management: assembling quotations, and proposals, following up on documents, issuing LPO, following up payment with accounts, and classification.
• Keeping a monthly track record of all issued and pending LPOs. Monitor and record all the issued LPOs and maintain the monthly actual spending file.
• Follow up and arrange all listing and FOC samples for the sales team as per the plan. Also, keep track of what has been issued and is pending as per the plan.
• Monthly invoice submission to finance and closing of monthly budget.

Reporting

• Follow up and manage to receive GCC dump data and organize the data as per given directions.
• Updating all excel files to collect data for monthly KPIs.
• Follow up with the sales team on monthly promotion reports. (Pictures, promo details)
• Update planograms aligned with category managers. Share all planograms with the sales team as per deadlines.
• Leaflet updates for Bayara and competition. Follow up with the sales team to get all the leaflet details and check online for competition leaflet details.
• Follow up the KPI's data with the sales team, compile the data, and prepare the PPT to share monthly as per the timelines.

Admin

• Update all the picture libraries for all three channels. (CG, SIS, FS)
• Updating all the tool books twice a year. (CG, SIS)
• Keep a track record and maintain a tracker for all marketing collaterals.
