Supervises the day-to-day operations of Trade Marketing to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
To ensure all LTA agreements are signed by the start of the year by presenting previous year's results and current year sales plan to customers & negotiate the agreement to gain customer commitment.
To carry out quarterly business review with customers by presenting previous quarterly sales results, seeking scanning data from customers and updating the current plan to ensure customer are on track to achieve the yearly sales targets.
To plan monthly promotional activities such as (premium items, scratch & win, discounts) by negotiating and signing promotional agreements forms with customers to ensure promotions are held on a timely basis.
To implement marketing activities in each channel by discussing with brand team volume, visibility, timing and price and any other support needed, splitting volumes by customer and by regions and gaining customer agreements and orders to ensure marketing objectives are met.
To carry out regular visits to customers/stores in different regions to ensure smooth operation of promotional activities & products visibility including solving problems of staff & supermarkets (e.g. shelf space - products displays) within the supermarket in order to ensure products visibility are met
To train, coach & appraise his team in order to ensure they are motivated & capable of performing their roles.
