DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate the brand ambitions and ATL plans into on-ground activity calendars - when the big moments are, suggested level of support by retailer based on With market, shopper and consumer knowledge.
• Support in updating the Activity Calendar along with owning it.
• Lead the continual review of promo strategy by channel by retailer, with inputs from other functions, in order to shape the promo plan accordingly
• Design differentiated plans by retailer covering activities, exclusivities, digital support
• Work closely with the in-house designer in ensuring all retailer leaflets and artworks are submitted on time
• Build, apply and track Window consistent 3D design planogram and artwork aligned with brand strategy
• Update and cascade the Monthly Newsletter to all relevant stakeholders and gather feedback and insights to optimize future letter
• Develop and own the SOS (share of shelf) Tracking Sheet
• Update weekly and enhance the Competition Tracking Tool
• Evaluate Activations ROIs and Share learnings, Best Practices & Competition Activities
• Lead and own the Merchandising Execution Tool
• Read and analyze Sell-out reports and suggest best product placement plans per SKU for top performers and slow movers
• Track all POSM in market
• Reduce and track stock cover of POSM in storage (warehouse)
• Ensure the smooth and timely production of all POSM, finding efficiencies in spend whilst upgrading our on-ground presence
• Manage activity plan on-ground implementation ensuring excellence in execution (POSM, promo mechanics, planograms) by working closely with agencies
• Ensure POSM budget spend is as per the alignment with finance with no overspend
• Liaise Trade Marketing communication with Commercial & Distributor Teams
• Consistent market visits to monitor on ground activities
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor / Master's Degree
• 0-2 Years

• Understands and integrates market & category's specificities of Beauty
• Experienced in defining customized strategies by retailer and translating them into actionable plans
• Used to being the communication interface with different stakeholders (commercial, procurement, distributors, marketing)
• Able to drive strategies from data analysis (sell-out, promo, ROI etc..)
• Understands customer path & shopper experience, ensures POSM designs are shopper centric and cost efficient
• Builds customized activity calendars and ensures excellence in execution
• Acts as business driver, works well in cross-functional teams
