This role will handle YSL beauty across the UAE region, covering 3 boutiques and 40+ retailers.Key Responsibilities
Our Trade Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing team on all administrative tasks related to in-store activations (permit generation, VM support, reporting
All new novelties and launches are well implemented across the market in the UAE
Maintaining counters making sure they are well displayed/well visible
Present for VM during animations
Commercial work on stock and testers order from L\'Oreal
Work with the brand manager on GWP allocations to store
A-Z all operational
Work on receiving permits/ designs that are crucial for in-store animations and keep team informed
Compile monthly reports on marketing activities implemented
Compile all SKU forecasts
Raise purchase orders through NMPO
Gather customer feedback on new launches
Send all the digital assets (social media content, pictures, etc.) from Brand to Retailer
Liaise with suppliers to produce design elements for animations
Report on budgets on a monthly basis

Driving license is necessary as 50% of the role is based in the market
