Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload. The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area for Measurement & Analytics Division based in Dubai UAE. You will be mainly accountable for: xe2x80xa2Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing re-ports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents. xe2x80xa2Responding to manager and/or employee queries and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business. xe2x80xa2Acting as local support for all administration activities. xe2x80xa2Maintaining records/databases/filing systems/archives in electronic and/or hard copy format. xe2x80xa2Supporting and coordinating the local implementation and promotion of product launches xe2x80xa2Assisting the local management and the sales teams with communications materials (including presentations, social media posts and employee recognition) xe2x80xa2Assisting the local management and the sales teams with planning, organizing and execution of customer events such as technical days, channel partner events, etc. xe2x80xa2Coordinating and preparing internal local communications in line with Regional & Division Communications strategy. Planning, organizing and hosting local townhalls together with the local management team xe2x80xa2Ensuring procedures and guidelines for export control and sanctions, as well as customs compliance requirements are met. xe2x80xa2Ensuring that trade compliance records are maintained. xe2x80xa2Facilitating seamless connection between trade compliance and day-to-day operations xe2x80xa2Conducting necessary screening activities in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) or through manual processes to manage trade compliance. xe2x80xa2Responsible for managing and reducing account receivables overdue by conducting local follow-up calls with customers & stakeholders. xe2x80xa2Preparing detailed reports and reminders ensuring adherence to timelines and operational efficiency. xe2x80xa2Responsible for managing and reducing account receivables overdue by conducting local follow-up calls with customers & stakeholders. xe2x80xa2Preparing detailed reports and reminders ensuring adherence to timelines and operational efficiency.Qualifications for the role
Degree in any discipline
5+ years of experience in events, sales operations & Administration
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English Language, Arabic will be an added advantage,
UAE local experience will be an added advantage.
