We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team. As a Tower Crane Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of our construction projects by safely and efficiently operating tower cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all crane operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining the crane in good working condition, and communicating effectively with ground crews and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position construction materials. Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on cranes to ensure proper functioning. Communicate clearly with ground crew and supervisors using hand signals or radio communication. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during crane operations. Report any mechanical issues, malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors. Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance activities, and safety inspections. Assist in assembling and disassembling cranes as required by project needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tower Crane Operator in construction projects. Valid crane operator certification or license. In-depth knowledge of crane mechanics, load capacities, and safety regulations. Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness. Ability to interpret and respond effectively to hand signals and verbal instructions. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols. Physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods.
