Lavisa Travel & Tourism LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tourism Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a deep understanding of customer service, tour planning, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage tourism packages and itineraries for individual and group clients Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and local partners to ensure quality services Oversee the daily operations of tourism services, ensuring smooth and efficient execution Build relationships with clients and handle customer inquiries and complaints Manage the marketing and promotion of tourism services Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new services and destinations Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure we stay ahead in the market Maintain budgets and track expenses related to tourism operations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the tourism industry in the UAE Strong knowledge of travel destinations, planning, and logistics Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office and travel software Customer-focused with a strong ability to manage client relationships
