Job Title: Tour Operator In-Charge

Location: UAE

Job Summary: The Tour Operator In-Charge will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of tour activities, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, planning and executing tour packages, and leading a team of tour guides and support staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of the tourism industry in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tour Planning and Coordination:

• Develop, organize, and coordinate tour packages, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

•Facilitating and coordinating government approvals required for tour operations.

• Liaise with hotels, transport companies, and other service providers to ensure seamless tour operations.

• Ensure all tours meet safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tour guides and support staff.

• Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

3. Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.

• Gather customer feedback and use it to improve tour services.

4. Operational Management:

• Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Oversee the booking and reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

5. Marketing and Sales:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tour packages and services.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to attract more clients.

• Assist in developing promotional materials and online content.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on tour operations, financial performance, and customer feedback.

• Analyze tour performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirments:

•UAE National (Emirati) or any other Arab Nationals only.

•Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism market and popular destinations.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tour booking software.

•Proficiency in English is Compulsory.
