About holidayys.com : holidayys.com is a visionary travel entity headquartered in Dubai, dedicated to delivering exceptional holiday experiences. AWe are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Tour Operations Executive to strengthen our holiday package operations team.

This pivotal position demands a candidate who can maintain organization while multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of holiday package bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ancillary services.
• Design and curate holiday packages that cater to diverse client needs and budgets.
• Stay updated on travel trends and destination insights.
• Provide stellar customer service throughout the clients' travel experience.
• Lead team as the department manager
• Resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Forge strong relationships with suppliers and partners to guarantee quality service.
• Administer documentation and maintain accurate company records.

Requirements :

• Atleast 5 years Experience in the travel industry, specifically in holiday package planning.
• Fluent in English with additional language proficiency welcomed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Skilled in travel industry software and CRM systems.

Qualifications :

• A diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.

Salary : INR 65,000 - INR 115,000 per month
