We Regent Connect Travel & Tourism are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our clients have unforgettable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Conduct regular sales performance analysis and reporting.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales within the travel and tourism industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Passion for travel and understanding of the travel and tourism industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Tour Guide License & Driving License (Required)
