We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Tour Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist international travelers in planning and booking their itineraries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their preferences and deliver customized tour packages, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to departure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Provide expert guidance and information on travel destinations, local attractions, accommodations, and activities.
• Design and quote personalized travel itineraries that meet clients' specific needs and budget.
• Collaborate with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to secure bookings and ensure a smooth experience.
• Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 Years experience in travel consulting, or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE tourism products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
