• Client Interaction : Understand travel needs and preferences, provide information on tour packages.
• Itinerary Planning : Design customized travel itineraries, book accommodations and activities.
• Sales and Marketing : Promote and sell tour packages, develop marketing strategies.
• Administration : Handle travel documentation and manage bookings.
• Customer Service : Offer pre-departure information and resolve issues during trips.
• Vendor Relations : Negotiate contracts with service providers, maintain supplier relationships.
• Financial Management : Manage payments, invoicing, and ensure profitability.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis.
• Crisis Management : Handle emergencies and ensure client safety.
• Feedback and Improvement : Collect client feedback and improve services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
