We are currently seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our team. As a Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our company\'s total rewards programs. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, fair, and aligned with our company\'s strategic goals. Your main objective will be to attract, motivate, and retain top talent by designing and delivering comprehensive total rewards programs that drive employee engagement and business success. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company\'s culture and ensuring that our compensation practices reflect our values of fairness and transparency. Responsibilities
Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with our company\'s culture and business objectives
Collaborate with HR team to design and enhance compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health and wellness initiatives
Analyze market trends and benchmark our compensation and benefits programs against industry standards
Manage the administration of our compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary reviews and benefits enrollment processes
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters
Conduct regular communication and training sessions to educate employees on our total rewards programs and promote understanding and appreciation
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3years of experience in total rewards management, preferably in a multinational company
Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies, practices, and market trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data related to compensation and benefits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in managing complex calculations and data analysis
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED22,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
