Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global organisation who have an opportunity for a Total Reward Manager to join their team in Dubai.Reporting into the Group Director of Total Rewards, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting with the review and implementation of policies and processes surrounding pay and benefits
Working on salary planning and merit cycles
Managing and supporting with a number of projects including job architecture and job evaluation
Supporting different regions with compensation and benefits programmes
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in compensation and benefits and has worked on an international basis. The role is based in Dubai. Support is provided for relocation.To be considered, please apply accordingly
