About: Tomoh Program is Microsoft's program for Emiritization, aiming to accelerate Emiratis employability and create market impact through early in career recruitment, and skilling programs. Program overview : Microsoft Tomoh Internship is a paid nine-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments. Program Details: The 9 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)
Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)
Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft's mission, culture, strategy & structure.
Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.
Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management. Phase two : On-the-job training (8 months)
Joining as an Business Program Management Intern for on-the-job shadowing and training.
Mentorship and coaching sessions.
Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

• Assists others in performing program landscape research and analysis (e.g., internal and/or external market, sales, delivery), forecasting, and examining business trends (e.g., customer feedback and expectations) to identify audience size and program scope, stay current, agile, and competitive.
• Helps improve operations of existing programs by helping apply industry methodology, define program issues, assess various scenarios, and select the optimal scenario to resolve issues.
• With oversight from others, contributes to the direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise in order to help execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly. Learns to define vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization.
• Learns how to define and track the success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs] and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]), such as quality, adoption, usage, impact, and effectiveness for the program.
• Assists others working with cross-functional (e.g., organizational, product, business) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design programs from initiation to delivery.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications • Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
• Fluency in English.
• You must be legally authorised to work in UAE to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) for your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business,Marketing,Communications,Economics, Public Relations or related field before the start date (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated).
Preferred Qualifications • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
