Job Description

:We are recruiting a TMS Functional Consultant with Kyriba, SAP, Coupa or any other TMS ERP experience for a Treasury Management System ERP Developer.The RoleThe Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality implementation projects. You will have the responsibility for applying best practices for all implementation work whilst still following implementation methodologies throughout the project phases.Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver TMS (or equivalent) implementation projects to customers.
  • Implement business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirements.
  • Effectively apply the ERP methodology and enforce implementation standards.
  • Support design and analysis engagement and produce related collateral.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
  • Disciplined and independent personal management skills - a self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with a minimum of supervision.
  • Manage smaller assignments independently - day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Provide customer training.
  • Maintain 80% or higher utilization rate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Engage and drive effective customer meetings and workshops.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation.
  • Effectively set and manage clients expectations.
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Understand and resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
  • Seek to develop and have a thorough understanding of modules and capabilities and constraints to be able to deliver training sessions to clients on modules as required. Modules include: Cash Management and Forecasting, Payments, Cash Accounting, General Ledger Reconciliation, Financial Transactions, Deal Capture, Position Keeping, Risk Valuation, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, Bank Account Management, Business Intelligence, Business Reporting, Supply Chain Finance
  • Ability to engage in expert conversations with financial and IT professionals at various levels.

Experience and Requirements
  • Higher education degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Commerce or Engineering, or relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record of successful TMS project implementations.
  • Disciplined and independent personal management skills - a self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with minimum supervision.
  • Focused on delivering an excellent service to our clients.
  • Creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize where necessary.
  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience of dealing with external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Office and Travel.
  • Flexible Office and Home Office working arrangements.
  • Travel to customer sites for key activities or milestones is to be expected.
  • Appreciated But Not Mandatory (depending On Professional Experience).
  • Proven track record of successful project implementations with strong exposure to external clients.
  • Previous experience in project/customer management/pre-sales.
  • Relevant work experience in treasury management and/or management consulting (big 4 or comparable).
  • Any applicable professional certifications in Treasury, Accounting, or Project Management are of interest.
