We are seeking a diligent and organized Time Keeper to manage and oversee the timekeeping of our labor force.
The Time Keeper will be responsible for ensuring accurate time records, managing attendance, and coordinating with site supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate daily attendance records for all laborers.
• Ensure laborers are present and accounted for at designated pick-up points and project sites.
• Distribute and collect timesheets, verifying the accuracy and completeness of information.
• Communicate with site supervisors to report any discrepancies or absences.
• Coordinate with HR and payroll departments to ensure timely processing of attendance data.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a timekeeper, labor coordinator, or in a similar role within the construction or contracting industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) .
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
