Job Title: Timekeeper (ONLY those who completely answer the Pre-Screening Questions will be Shortlisted)
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately record and maintain employee time and attendance records, including hours worked, absences, and tardiness
• Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies and procedures
• Review and verify time cards for accuracy and completeness
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in time records
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management regarding time-related inquiries
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as payroll or human resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
Working Conditions:
• Work in a fast-paced office environment
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• May be required to work overtime during peak periods
