Position Overview:
The Tile Mason will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of tile surfaces, including floors, walls, and countertops. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Measure, cut, and lay tile according to project specifications and design layouts.
• Prepare surfaces for tiling, including cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive.
• Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles, using tools such as levels and spacers.
• Finishing:
• Apply grout and sealants to tiled surfaces, ensuring a smooth and finished appearance.
• Clean and polish tiled areas to enhance their appearance and durability.
• Repair and Maintenance:
• Assess and repair damaged or worn tile installations, including replacing broken tiles.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, timelines, and any issues that arise.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
• Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in tile work.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
