Job Title : Tile Mason

:

We are looking for a skilled tile mason to join our team. As a tile mason, you will be responsible for installing ceramic, marble, and other types of tiles on walls, floors, and ceilings. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will ensure high-quality finishes that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners, using hand and power cutting tools. Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, and debris. Mix and apply mortar or adhesives to tiles, ensuring proper adhesion to the surface. Set tiles in place and align them correctly using levels, squares, and straightedges. Fill joints and remove excess grout, creating a smooth and uniform finish. Install tile trim and edging as needed to complete the installation. Repair and replace damaged tiles as necessary. Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Proficient in using tile cutting tools and equipment. Knowledge of various tile types, patterns, and installation techniques. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
