Role Overview:
As a Tile & gypsum Mason at Techni Trust , you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of renovation projects. Your expertise in installing tiles and gypsum work with precision and attention to detail will contribute to the premium quality of our interior renovation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tile Installation: Lay tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.) on floors, walls, and other surfaces with accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Surface Preparation: Measure, cut, and prepare surfaces for tiling, ensuring proper alignment and leveling.
• Grouting and Finishing: Apply grout, seal joints, and clean tiles to deliver polished and professional finishes.
• Repair Work: Replace or repair damaged tiles as required during renovation projects.
• Material Handling: Ensure the safe handling, cutting, and installation of tiles and related materials.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's high-quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free workspace.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tile Mason, preferably in the UAE renovation projects.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in cutting, laying, and finishing various types of tiles.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret design plans.
• Strong eye for detail and precision.
• Ability to do gypsum work.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
• Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Languages: Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
