Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Tile Mason to join our team in Dubai. The Tile Mason will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles in various construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces and patterns. Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive. Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design specifications. Ensure tiles are properly aligned, spaced, and grouted for a professional finish. Repair and replace damaged or cracked tiles as needed. Use tools and equipment such as tile cutters, trowels, and spacers effectively. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tile Mason or in a similar role. Knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
