Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, including cancellations, changes, and refunds.
Ensure all bookings are accurate and comply with airline and travel regulations.
Manage reservations and maintain up-to-date records of all transactions.
Offer advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
Process payments securely and efficiently using various payment methods.
Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and sales, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends.Requirements:Previous experience as a ticketing agent or in a travel-related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and ticketing procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
