Job Summary: Looking for a Ticketing Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should be a certified travel associate (CTA) or certified travel counselor (CTC)
Practical experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have data entry experience
Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
Ability to work flexible hours
