Objective of the Job The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely records and audit of shipments is maintained . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with team management skills ResponsibilitiesSegregation of Tasks:
Organize and allocate tasks within the team based on ticket requirements and individual skill sets.
Determine the responsible party or department for addressing specific issues outlined in tickets, ensuring accountability and efficiency in resolution. Ticket Management:
Monitor ticketing systems to identify operational issues, discrepancies, or customer concerns.
Liaise with operations teams to promptly address and resolve ticketed issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
Act as a point of contact for escalations, providing guidance and support to ensure tickets are handled effectively.
Penalty Process Monitoring:
Oversee the penalty process related to delivery operations, ensuring compliance with
company policies and regulatory requirements.
Track and analyze penalty data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and minimize
penalty occurrences.
Reporting:
Generate and distribute comprehensive reports detailing ticket status, resolution metrics, and operational performance.
Regularly share insights and findings with relevant teams, providing actionable recommendations for process enhancement and optimization.
Operational Improvement:
Utilize ticket data and feedback to identify opportunities for operational enhancement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance overall delivery performance.
Team Management
Manage a team of last mile Auditors and train the process
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or e- commerce industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated proficiency in ticketing systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in work execution.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
