Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Textile Sourcing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile materials, knitted garments ( T shirts, Polo T shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts), and the garment production process. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills to ensure efficient sourcing, production, and delivery of high-quality garments. For sourcing garments from UAE, India, Bangladesh and China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication: Establish and maintain strong communication with vendors and the sales department to understand specific garment requirements, including design, quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Order Processing: Coordinate the processing of garment orders, including order confirmation, payment processing, and ensuring all necessary details are accurately documented.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with appropriate suppliers to meet production requirements.
• Production Planning: Create and manage production schedules to meet order deadlines. Monitor progress and promptly address production delays or quality issues.
• Quality Control: Implement stringent quality control procedures through random checks after receiving goods in the warehouse. Report quality issues and take necessary corrective actions.
• Cost Management: Negotiate pricing and cost terms with suppliers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing for clients.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of garments by coordinating transportation logistics and monitoring shipping schedules.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, production reports, and shipment details to facilitate smooth operations and financial tracking.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues or disputes that arise during the production process, including quality concerns and delivery delays.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Strong knowledge of textiles, knitted garments (T shirts, Polo T shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts), fabrics (Single Jersey, Fleece, French Terry), and garment production processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the garment industry, including textile materials, production processes, and current market trends.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and ensure cost-effective production.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identify and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing production or delivery disruptions.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to maintain quality standards and ensure accurate documentation.
• Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office applications for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
• Accountability and Reliability: Demonstrated accountability, commitment to the role, and long-term reliability. We seek candidates willing to stay and grow with the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
