Job Title: Textile Sourcing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Textile Sourcing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile materials, knitted garments, and the garment production process. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills to ensure the efficient sourcing, production, and timely delivery of high-quality garments.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain effective communication with vendors and the sales team to understand garment specifications, including design, quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.

Order Management:

Oversee the end-to-end processing of garment orders, ensuring accuracy in order confirmation, payment processing, and documentation.

Supplier Management:

Identify, assess, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to meet production requirements.

Production Coordination:

Develop and monitor production schedules, addressing any delays or quality concerns promptly to ensure deadlines are met.

Quality Assurance:

Implement stringent quality control measures, conducting random inspections upon warehouse receipt and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Cost Optimization:

Negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms with suppliers to balance cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Logistics & Delivery Management:

Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating transportation logistics and tracking shipment schedules.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive records of orders, invoices, production reports, and shipment details for operational efficiency and financial tracking.

Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve challenges related to production, quality control, or delivery disruptions in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

Strong knowledge of textiles, knitted garments, fabrics, and garment production processes.

Industry Expertise:

In-depth understanding of textile materials, manufacturing workflows, and current market trends.

Communication & Negotiation:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities to secure competitive supplier agreements.

Project & Time Management:

Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Problem-Solving Ability:

A proactive approach to identifying and resolving production or supply chain challenges.

Attention to Detail:

Strong focus on quality control, documentation accuracy, and process optimization.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in industry-related software and Microsoft Office for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.

Salary Range:

AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 per month
