To act as the day-to-day manager and central point of contact for the team and management Ensuring the strategy is fully implemented and results well monitored through managing internal and external stakeholders. Establish network of KOL and manage key accounts in responsibility. Lead a sales team to achieve sales out and market penetration objectives ensuring full compliance with all relevant compliance laws, policies, and processes. Support the Commercial Director to develop the business plan and the sales strategy to ensure achievement of company sales and profitability. Develop and implement action plans to penetrate new markets and identify opportunities to maximize business growth. Provide support in developing the customer roadmap to facilitate the achievement of medium- and long-term business growth objectives. Ensure marketing plans and strategies are implemented effectively to achieve sales forecasts for assigned territory. Develop key customer relationships to execute operational business plans. Develop and maintain strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with distributors to ensure achievement of deliverables. Develop and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships and partnerships to ensure best market execution. Lead, motivate and coach sales team members to maximize their performance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific/medical field Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar position in Multinational Pharmaceutical Industry in the UAE Strong networking and stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills in English, with ability to communicate orally efficiently and productively and in writing. Outstanding analytical skills - science-based and marketing oriented. Broad scientific, pharmacoeconomic and medical knowledge, with continuous expansion and learning ability. Can work and champion ideas, whilst applying entrepreneurial thinking and spirit. Strong customer orientation with the ability to continuously expand market knowledge. Travelling 25% of the Time to Manage teams and customers at different regions in UAE. Spend 75% of the time in field joining the team in coaching visits and KOL managements.
