If you are ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact, read on, and apply today for a life-changing opportunity!The positionIn this role, you will be responsible for owning all commercial activities within the territory, including sales and promotion of the full Novo Nordisk Rare Disease product portfolio, ensure listing in private accounts, as well as related commercial activities, through strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders. You will carry out the following tasks:
Support in building long-term vision for the Rare Disease unit and defining Must-Win-Battles for the coming year.
Define key objectives of the territory incl. access needs across public/private.
Define sales strategy & sales targets (quarterly/annually) for territory across entire Rare Disease product portfolio in alignment with business priorities.
Define tactical territory plan together with cross-functional team.
Successfully execute agreed territory plan incl. promotional & educational activities through strong cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Medical, Access, Sales) to meet objectives.
Build effective and value-adding relationships with customers within the territory.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you need to have:
Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Nursing, Paramedical or business field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with specialist sales.
Existing relationships with key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi are an advantage.
Ideally, you will have prior experience in Rare Diseases.
Current driver\'s license and active driving experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
