About the Team
The Enterprise Account Manager will be part of Nutanix's dynamic sales team dedicated to the North and West Africa region. Travel requirements are minimal, limited to internal events, client meetings, and training sessions. This ensures that the focus remains on managing accounts and developing client relationships .
Your Role
Manage and grow relationships with key private enterprise accounts in Morocco, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth within major private sector accounts. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. Meet quarterly sales targets from assigned accounts. Foster collaboration and trust with key stakeholders in the private sector. Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics using Salesforce. Participate in internal training and company events to enhance skills and expand your professional network. Promote team values of communication, collaboration, and high performance.
What You Will Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in enterprise solutions. Proven experience within the private sector in Morocco. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Proficiency in managing sales forecasts and utilizing Salesforce or similar tools. Fluency in Arabic and French for effective client interaction. Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans for major Enterprise Account. Experience in selling infrastructure solutions . Demonstrated ability to achieve quarterly sales targets, with a focus on new business development. How We Work This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
