Full-Time Tennis Coach:

Do you have a passion for tennis and a desire to inspire others?

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced tennis coach to join our team on a full-time contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective tennis coaching sessions for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop personalized training plans to help players achieve their goals.
• Provide technical and tactical instruction, focusing on stroke development, movement, and strategy.
• Motivate and encourage players to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Track player progress and provide regular feedback.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the tennis program.

Qualifications:

• Essential:
• Valid Tennis Coaching Qualification (e.g., PTR, USPTA, LTA)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Child Protection & Safeguarding Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience coaching tennis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with players of all ages and backgrounds
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a passion for tennis
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Desirable:
• Experience coaching competitive players
• Video analysis skills
• Experience working with junior players

Compensation:

• COMMISSION PAID ONLY !

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• tennis coaching: 2 years (Preferred)
