They also ensure that there is always a supply of inventory available for the sales team and accordingly order additional when needed.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Sales Support:
Supporting and assisting fellow team members / departments, as and when needed to meet company / department goals.
Preparing sales order confirmation in line with the checklist.
Identifying problems and address it to the team leader.
Effectively presenting information and respond to questions from colleagues.
Generate New Leads:
Develop and search for new business leads not limited to tenders and inquires advertised on website & newspapers.
Material & Supply Inventory:
Ensuring that there is sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies and ensuring that all sales representatives have an adequate inventory of these materials on-hand.
Documentation:
Preparation of Letter of Warranty, Undertaking, Offer Validity Extension etc.
Ensuring all FOC sales orders must have Sales Supervisor/Division Managers approvals.
Ensuring Bid-bond, Performance -bond, and Bank Guarantees are arranged as per the requirements of the customer.
Business Network:
Follow up with customer to know progress / status on the quotations and Tenders.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor\'s degree
Additional details:
Candidate should be willing to move to Company Visa
Candidate should be based in the UAE
Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience
Job Specific Skills: Tenders, Quotations, Supply Chain, Bin-bonds, Performance-bonds.
