Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Tenders & Contracts Assistant (4 to 6 months Contract) Requirements Assist in preparing and compiling tender documents and proposals. Conduct research to identify potential tenders and contract opportunities. Ensure accuracy and compliance of tender submissions with requirements. Coordinate and document tender review meetings and outcomes. Draft, review, and edit contractual agreements and terms. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; Arabic proficiency is optional. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience; familiarity with Tender & Procurement management software ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
