This role is crucial in driving the growth of our company by securing profitable business contracts.Key Responsibilities: * Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender process from identification of opportunities, pre-qualification, and submission of tenders.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
- Risk Tracking: Identify potential risks in the bids, quotations, and tenders, and in any contractual terms and conditions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure a comprehensive and competitive tender submission.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market intelligence to keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures to ensure competitive bids.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients during the tender process for new and existing contracts.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Offshore Support Vessel industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual complexities in the Offshore Support Vessel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tendering software.
