Imperium Group, a leading architecture and engineering consultancy firm, is seeking a skilled

Tendering Engineer

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and submitting tenders for architectural, engineering, and construction projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, cost estimation skills, and an in-depth understanding of tendering procedures to ensure the submission of competitive and compliant bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation & Submission:

Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and contract requirements to prepare accurate and competitive bids.

Cost Estimation & Pricing:

Develop cost estimates by analyzing project scope, materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.

Technical & Commercial Evaluation:

Work closely with internal teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to gather technical and commercial inputs.

Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination:

Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Risk Assessment & Compliance:

Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure all tenders comply with local regulations and client requirements.

Document Management:

Prepare and organize tender documentation, including pre-qualification questionnaires, compliance statements, and financial proposals.

Market Research & Benchmarking:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor pricing, and new tendering opportunities to enhance bidding strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

. Minimum

3 years of experience

in tendering within the

construction or consultancy sector

. Strong knowledge of

tendering procedures, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and estimation software

. Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
