You are responsible for compilation of bid documents for submission and to prepare the budgetary and firm services quotes.As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for:\xc2\xb7 Generating and submitting techno commercial offers with Value proposition defined in the proposal to meet business expectations\xc2\xb7 Supporting Sales Team in providing solutions to meet needs of customer\xc2\xb7 Building trusted customer relationships to understand their needs and frame tailored service solutions to bring additional value\xc2\xb7 Developing trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaboration\xc2\xb7 Creating and reviewing technical and commercial solutions from customer specifications to ensure compliance and exceptions are met\xc2\xb7 Performing frequent travel on domestic or international assignments on short notice given at timesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:\xc2\xb7 Have a minimum of a Bachelors degree\xc2\xb7 Have experience 8-10 years sales commercial and operations experience within completions and wellbore Intervention\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams\xc2\xb7 Have good business and financial acumen with ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and offer recommendations\xc2\xb7 Have ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and effort for resultsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
