Tender Manager - Completions and Wellbore Intervention Are you passionate about providing complex technical and commercial solutions? Are you an engineer with a commercial focus? We get the infrastructure and well integrity solutions our customers need to produce safely and efficiently for the life of the asset. Partner with the best As a Tender Manager you will support the tendering team. You are responsible for compilation of bid documents for submission and to prepare the budgetary and firm services quotes.

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for: · Generating and submitting techno commercial offers with Value proposition defined in the proposal to meet business expectations · Supporting Sales Team in providing solutions to meet needs of customer · Building trusted customer relationships to understand their needs and frame tailored service solutions to bring additional value · Developing trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaboration · Creating and reviewing technical and commercial solutions from customer specifications to ensure compliance and exceptions are met · Performing frequent travel on domestic or international assignments on short notice given at times

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree · Have experience 8-10 years sales commercial and operations experience within completions and wellbore Intervention · Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams · Have good business and financial acumen with ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and offer recommendations · Have ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and effort for results
