Job Title: Tender Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tender Specialist to manage the entire tender process, including client relations, tender documentation, and contract clearance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Abu Dhabi region, specifically in navigating government and private sector tenders, ensuring compliance, and meeting submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Full Tender Lifecycle: Oversee the preparation, submission, and finalization of tenders, ensuring compliance with all client specifications and deadlines.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the tender process, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
• Tender Documentation: Prepare, review, and organize tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Contract Clearance: Lead the negotiation and clearance of contracts, working closely with clients, legal teams, and procurement departments.
• Tender Submission & Follow-Up: Submit tenders, follow up with clients and procurement bodies, and address any queries or clarifications post-submission.
• Abu Dhabi Market Expertise: Use local knowledge to manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi's tendering laws and procurement processes.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and finalize submissions.
• Reporting: Track tender progress and provide regular updates to management on status, success rates, and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Advanced certifications in Tender field are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years to 5 years of experience in tender management, specifically in Abu Dhabi. Experience with government and private sector tenders is required.
• Tendering Knowledge: Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's tendering processes, regulations, and procurement portals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Arabic is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with major clients in Abu Dhabi (government and corporate sectors).
• Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
