Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to questions, inquiries, or requests from students, parents, sponsors, or staff in person, in writing, or by telephone regarding financial aid eligibility and discounts.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of the staff.
  • Conduct routine exit interviews with students according to donor regulations and process paperwork for students leaving school to inform them of obligations under aid agreements.
  • Request additional information for incomplete or inconsistent applications to perform accurate needs analysis.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION:Report to: Manager of Scholarship & Financial AidSubordinates: N/AQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree.
  • Proficiency in automated processing systems
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to perform basic calculations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Excellence in Customer Service.
