Respond to questions, inquiries, or requests from students, parents, sponsors, or staff in person, in writing, or by telephone regarding financial aid eligibility and discounts.
Handle phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of the staff.
Conduct routine exit interviews with students according to donor regulations and process paperwork for students leaving school to inform them of obligations under aid agreements.
Request additional information for incomplete or inconsistent applications to perform accurate needs analysis.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Bachelor\'s degree.
Proficiency in automated processing systems
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to perform basic calculations
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
