\xef\xb8\x8f Bachelors degree minimum (preferably in engineering or equivalent procurement experience in technical fields)
4-6 years experience in procurement for O&M activities
Good knowledge of purchasing methodologies and processes to comply with company policy
Proficiency with purchasing systems, dashboards, supplier databases
Skilled at internet research and sourcing marketplaces
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
Source goods (chemicals, consumables, spares, PPEs, machinery, tools) and services (manpower, AMCs, equipment hire) for water treatment plants
Evaluate commercial bids and negotiate favorable terms
Prepare service agreements, and purchase orders (manual and ERP)To Apply:
