\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree minimum (preferably in engineering or equivalent procurement experience in technical fields)
\xe2\x96\xaa 4-6 years experience in procurement for O&M activities
\xe2\x96\xaa Good knowledge of purchasing methodologies and processes to comply with company policy
\xe2\x96\xaa Proficiency with purchasing systems, dashboards, supplier databases
\xe2\x96\xaa Skilled at internet research and sourcing marketplaces
\xe2\x96\xaa Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
\xe2\x96\xaa Source goods (chemicals, consumables, spares, PPEs, machinery, tools) and services (manpower, AMCs, equipment hire) for water treatment plants
\xe2\x96\xaa Evaluate commercial bids and negotiate favorable terms
