Job Title: Temporary Marketing and HR Assistant (3 months only)College/ Office: Office of Human ResourcesSUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:The Temporary Marketing and HR Assistant will work under the supervision of the Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, s/he will assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing activities specifically for the LinkedIn platform by maintaining accurate information, creating blogs, success stories, etc. s/he also engages in activities related to HR, specifically with recruitment and actively engages in the recruitment process, adhering to the policies and procedures of AU. TheESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in implementing and recommending recruitment marketing activities specifically for the LinkedIn platform by supporting the creation of content for LinkedIn, by maintaining accurate information, creating blogs, success stories, and job listings.
  • Assist in managing a basic LinkedIn advertising campaign.
  • Assist in updating and creating reports
  • Actively, participates in the recruitment and interview process of candidates, facilitating the interview scheduling process by contacting candidates to determine their availability and coordinating interview schedules with hiring committees and applicants.
  • Organizes and maintains accurate recruitment database including candidates data (e.g., resumes, assignments, and contact details) in an internal HR database or system.
  • Updates the recruitment report under the direct supervision of the Talen Acquisition Senior Officer.
  • Supports HR Operations team in administrative tasks including data entry, creating reports and following up on missing payment documents, under the supervision of Head of HR Operations
  • Support Talent Development team with scheduling training, following up with trainees, ensuring trainees\' feedback received, etc. under the supervision of Talent Development Officer
  • Performed any related task assigned by the direct supervisor.
SUPERVISION:Reports to: Senior Talent Acquisition OfficerQualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or a related field
  • Internship or short experience related to the specified duties.
Knowledge and Skills: * Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Good knowledge or willing to learn HRMS, such as SAP or Oracle, would be an additional benefit.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
